Which services are included in the membership?

Your Direct Primary Care membership covers almost all of your primary care, including sick visits, physical exams, telehealth visits, weight loss consultations and prescription management, rapid tests, EKGs, nebulizer treatments and discounted Labcorp lab work.

How much does the membership cost?

$100 for 1st month's & the consult, $75 fee begins the following month, for the ongoing membership fee.

Do you take insurance?

No. We're a cash-pay clinic and don't bill insurance.

Do you see children?

No. We're an adult-only practice and see patients 18 and older.

Can I be seen by telehealth?

Yes, for many follow-ups and everyday concerns, as long as you're in Florida at the time of your visit. See telehealth visits.

What are your hours?

Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Friday, 9:00am to 2:00pm. We're closed on weekends.
